At 58, "fine living" means something different than it used to.

It's no longer about vacations or gadgets — it's about keeping your strength, getting real answers, and aging with as much grace (and energy) as possible. But now, with more appointments than free time and more questions than clear next steps, I've realized I need help. A lot of it.

I'm dealing with:

  • And I desperately need help quitting smoking, once and for all

So I thought, "I've got to go through all this anyway… why not make it meaningful?"
